Krystal Marie Ball
Krystal Marie (born November 24, 1982) is an American political commentator. She was previously a candidate for the US Senate, as well as a television presenter at MSNBC. She was also frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill's Rising alongside Saagar Enti. Enjeti and Ball made it clear that they would not be on the show in May 2021. They wanted to start their own project, which they named Breaking Points. Ball is co-host of the show Krystal Kyle & Friends. She has appeared on various network shows, including CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time alongside Bill Maher. Ball is currently married to Jonathan Dariyanani, as of 2020. Ball attributes her further interest in politics due to her experience as a new mother during the 2008 primary elections and watching the outcome of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able see the effect it affected the people of Jordan and gained an appreciation for the worldwide reach of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow with the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia's 1st district in the year 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was the host of The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 2015. She co-hosted The Cycle on MSNBC from June 2012 until July 2015.
