Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born on April 18, 1967, in the United States, is an actress as well as a writer, producer, and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly ((2000), The Cooler (3), A History of Violence (2004), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2009), Grown Ups (2010) and Prisoners (2013) were just a few of her roles in films. Bello was a prominent figure on television as Dr. Anna Del Amico in the medical drama ER (1997-1998) as well with other roles that were starring, like Michelle McBride in the first season (2016) of Goliath as well as Jacqueline Sloane in the first season of Goliath, a Special Agent on NCIS from 2017-2021. Bello was born in Norristown to Kathy Bello and Joe Bello. In the field of political science Bello studied in political science at Villanova University. Bello continued her training in acting in various New York theater productions after she graduated. Bello and Dan McDermott have a son, Jackson. In November 2013, she wrote about having a same-sex relationship with her former partner, Clare Munn. She released a book entitled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Examining the labels We Give Ourselves.
