 Terrina Chrishell Stanse[1] is an American actress. She is best known for her character Amanda Dillon in All My Children, and Jordan Ridgeway on Days of Our Lives. Stause was born in Draffenville, Kentucky native. She earned her B.A. from Murray State University. She began performing in theatre in 2003. Her middle name "Chrishell" which is a portmanteau, is a result of the unusual circumstances in which she was born when her mother was born at the Shell station. Chris, an attendant assisted in the birth of her child. Strause's book debunks the myths regarding her birth. She shared that her mother's problems were with her car, and she pulled to the station. When she arrived at the station she entered the pre-labor. The attendant was able to assist her to get to the hospital. Strause was born in the hospital. Before she found out that she was pregnant , her mother separated her from her biological father. Jeff was half Japanese, half Spanish. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause had to live in a tent during middle school, which meant she missed a full academic year. Strause described washing her hair by the river and eating food stamps to conceal her identity from classmates. When she reached 10 years old and her parents were struggling with addiction and mental health. Following that, she became a member of the Worldwide Church of God. Strause says Strause as a self-confident and self-confident woman who did not have any steady employment.
